INITIAL ASSESSMENT & FAMILY TRAINING PACKAGE

$500and up
  • Meet and greet phone or video call
  • Assessment (Functional Behavior Assessment, parent interview, review records, intake data, social/behavioral assessment, ABC data)
  • Comprehensive report including the suspected function of the behavior and a formal written behavior intervention plan
  • Follow-up meeting to review the data, report, and behavior intervention plan
  • Materials that are recommended from the behavior plan will be provided (examples: timer, token board, reward systems, etc.)

FAMILY TRAINING PACKAGE - OPTION 1

$950and up
  • Initial assessment package
  • Scheduled hourly meetings with the BCBA to help with implementation strategies, support, and hands-on learning through a collaborative and communicative plan. We will help you set up a behavior plan in your home, you will watch the BCBA implement the plan, and we will watch and observe you implement the plan and provide feedback and support
  • Follow-up support as needed
  • Minimum of 3 additional BCBA hours following the assessment

FAMILY TRAINING PACKAGE - OPTION 2

$1850and up
  • Initial assessment package
  • 10 scheduled hours with a BCBA
  • Scheduled hourly meetings with the BCBA to help with implementation strategies, support, and hands-on learning through a collaborative and communicative plan. We will help you set up the behavior plan in your home, you will watch the BCBA implement the plan, and we will watch and observe you implement the plan and provide feedback and support
  • You can schedule follow-up support as needed at a discounted rate of $130/hr after the 10 hours have been used
  • A visual representation of baseline and post intervention data will be reviewed and given to the parent
